I’m Adriana Lucia (Phillips) Guzmán, an illustrator based in the Greater Boston area. Born and raised in Colombia I spent most of my childhood between the colorful and fantastic Cartagena and the lively and magical Barranquilla. Both cities fueled my passion for storytelling and illustration.
My Colombian heritage is a major inspiration in my work, where I blend the rich traditions of my homeland with contemporary artistry. Drawing from the vibrant festivals of Barranquilla and the historic charm of Cartagena, I aim to create stories and illustrations that resonate with a wide audience, celebrating the shared emotions and experiences that unite us.
When I'm not working, I'm usually immersed in my illustrations, experimenting with various mediums, penning down stories that bring the essence of Colombia alive, or spending time with my two daughters and husband.
If you're intrigued by my journey or seeking a collaboration that seamlessly blends art, design, and technology, I would be thrilled to hear from you. Don't hesitate to reach out for any professional inquiries or simply to engage in conversation about art and storytelling.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me and learn about my work!
